Program Details

Our dynamic, team-oriented MBA program challenges your limits as you develop a global perspective and realize your full potential. In addition, our cross-functional, integrated curriculum offers an exciting and collaborative learning environment. We offer a flexible curriculum, allowing you the opportunity to pursue a general MBA degree with in-depth study in one of our 5 traditional areas of concentration, or you may customize your degree by designing a custom concentration(s) that fits your career goals, further enhancing your career opportunities. (Requires prior approval by the MBA Program Director.)
You can expect to experience a fast-paced, hands-on learning environment without sacrificing quality or depth of knowledge. We test your persistence, drive, and diligence by pushing you to your limits and encouraging you to take on new challenges.
To help you take on these challenges, we have a team of trained professionals who work with you to:

  • Develop a focused career path,
  • Enhance your team building and leadership skills,
  • Refine your communication skills,
  • Teach you how to be an “out-of-the-box-big-picture” thinker,
  • Build on your creative problem solving and managerial skills,
  • Introduce you to the latest in cutting-edge technologies.

We provide you with the opportunity to interact with a diverse group of business professionals and to apply your classroom knowledge and experiences to real-world situations.  However, this educational experience is not all about hard work.  It’s about developing new friendships and networks, and learning about yourself as you prepare for a successful future…all of this in just 17 months.

Program Structure

During your first year as a UT MBA student, we build a foundation of business and experiential knowledge that helps you in achieving a successful career.  In your second year, you select concentration and elective courses to develop expertise in the area(s) of your choice.
